3 Ways to Be Part of Skopje Mini Maker Faire
It’s official – Skopje Mini Maker Faire is happening on May 31, from 10 am to 7 pm, under the open sky, at the Sports Center Boris Trajkovski parking lot, and you have 3 options how to be part of this innovation & creativity Faire of the year!
1. Apply as a Maker
If the maker force is strong in you (some of us at SMMF live and breathe Star Wars 🙂 ), the time has come for you to show off what you can do!
If you recognized yourself in our article How to Tell If You’re a Maker – your next step is to fill out the application form, which you can find in the Call for Makers section, or more conveniently – HERE. Note that makers DO NOT pay participation fee. If you have any questions about the process, or concerns about your participation and/or exhibition, ask them here – our fabulous producers team will be happy to help out!
2. Join us as a Visitor
So you aren’t ready to exhibit yet, but you would love to see what other like-minded people have created? Visit us! Bring your friends! Bring the family! This event is kid-friendly, and you are in for hours of fun activities. Some of the makers will offer interactive sessions and workshops at which you will be given the chance to make something yourself, under the guidance of the maker. The best part is – it is all for FREE! Yes, you read correctly! There is no entrance fee for the Skopje Mini Maker Faire, but you do need to register first. Make sure to register each individual separately and bring a printed ticket from Eventbrite. The same goes for teachers who are bringing their students for an educational experience – register and print tickets for each of your students.
3. Volunteer at Skopje Mini Maker Faire
We are looking for volunteers to give us a hand with the organization of the event. Are you good with people? Technology? Have an eye for photography? Are a social media wiz? We could use your help to make this event an enjoyable and unforgettable experience for all the visitors and makers, and share it with everyone who couldn’t make it.
